From this page, you can download a remote access application that assists in troubleshooting issues with your computer system. The TeamViewer QuickSupport application is a small (around 18 MB) executable file that allows you to provide temporary access to your computer. Your computer must be connected to the Internet to make access possible.
When requested please download this file and save it on your computer. Run the downloaded file and provide the 9-digit or 10-digit ID displayed by the software (the password is preset). The ID will allow access to your computer until you close the session. Once the session is terminated further access requires you to run the application again.
